Return and Refund Policy

At Sitchn, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every office chair, desk, and workspace accessory we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 90 days from the date of delivery. This 90-day return window is our commercial policy and exceeds the minimum standards required by applicable consumer protection laws. We believe this generous return period gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase in your actual workspace environment.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request is initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original condition, free from damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or alterations.
- All original accessories, components, hardware, and documentation included with the product are returned.
- The item was purchased directly through sitchn.com.
We do not charge any restocking fees. There are no items categorized as "final sale" that are excluded from our return policy. All products sold on Sitchn are eligible for return within the 90-day window.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@sitchn.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Securely package the item using the original packaging if available, or appropriate packaging that protects the item during transit.
- Attach the prepaid return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location indicated on the label.
Please do not ship items back without receiving return authorization from us, as unauthorized returns may cause delays in processing your refund.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is completely free of charge for all eligible returns. Sitchn will provide a prepaid return shipping label for every authorized return. You will never be charged for return postage or handling fees. This applies to all returns, including those initiated due to buyer preference, change of mind, or product defects.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:
- Inspection Period: upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refund Issuance: approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility.
- Refund Method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, or other payment method accepted at checkout).
- Refund Amount: you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Original outbound shipping costs (if any were charged) are also refunded in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- Notification: you will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please note that the time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Typically, refunds appear within 3 to 10 business days after processing.
6. Restocking Fees
Sitchn does not charge any restocking fees under any circumstances. You will always receive a full refund of the product price when your return is approved.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us at contact@sitchn.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.
We will work promptly to resolve the issue, offering a full refund, a replacement, or a suitable remedy at our discretion and in accordance with your preference.
8. Wrong Item Received
If you received an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@sitchn.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs for the incorrectly shipped item.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sitchn.com. Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process after delivery.
