Sitchn offers a curated selection of premium office chairs, desks, and workspace accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors and appearances accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product available for purchase, including limiting purchases per household or per order.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Sales Tax: applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable state and local tax rates. Tax rates vary by state.

Sitchn reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Sitchn. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is provided at no cost to you. Alternatively, you may bring a claim in small claims court if your claim qualifies. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
